Curriculum

Learners ages 3-6 will spend their time connecting to nature and building relationships with one another.  During the time spent together, children will develop language and math skills through handwork, movement, and songs all while enjoying a peaceful and consistent rhythm.  Gross motor skills, risk assessment, and relationship building will build a solid foundation for what's to come.  

The 7-12 year olds will be given time to explore language arts through legends, myths, and cultural studies.  Science and arithmetic come to life while learning outdoors in a nature based, active, engaging and developmentally appropriate way. Fine motor skills, risk assessment, and relationship building will be a focus. Focus in both groups will be on play based learning, exploration and cultivating love and appreciation for all things in the natural world through weekly themed education.
